Goals
Develop a UX/UI solution for easy system scaling in the future.
Task
The system was developed in 2001 and, due to the constant updates of functionality and business tasks, the interface ended up outdated and inferior to the competitor's sites in terms of its usability.
Moreover, the system could not scale and required a visual update.
We faced the following task: based on the existing core of business-tasks, update the UX/UI so that the interface could scale in the future. While working on a project, we based on the principles of Material Design.
Solution
We developed UX and UI design for all screens of the system and worked out the logic of scaling each project widget.
We designed the interface of the designer for more than 70 types of train wagons of the leading rail content providers who work with Amadeus. This has significantly simplified the process of selecting seats for travel agents and their clients.
We also implemented an RTL solution to cover the European and Far Eastern markets for the B2B segment.
